How to Make Money on the Internet
Making money on the web is a great way to make a living. There are all kinds of ways to do it. You can make your own hours, stay at home with your kids, go on vacation when you feel like it and so on. Sounds like fun, doesn’t it? And it can be! It can also be a lot of work. Now, don’t let us put you off by telling you that. We want to start this on a good note, without a lot of hype and sky-high promises. The truth is there are a lot of avenues to make money on the internet. And yes, you can make a lot of money. If you have read any of the ads saying someone made $3,787 in one day, they probably did. What they don’t tell you is they probably didn’t make that their first day out, their first week out and maybe not even their first year out! The learning curve for just about every internet business can be fairly steep.
Can you do it? Of course! With some time, a little money and some concentrated effort, you can succeed beyond your wildest dreams and make a lot of money.. But, of course, you knew that, didn’t you? Unless we win the lottery, most of us have to work for what we want to achieve. Okay, now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s talk a little about how you can make money on the web. We are going to give you some basic ideas and a brief description of how you make money from each one.
We will also provide you with references that we think offer valuable information for ways to make money. Some will be offering information products for sale, but many of them will also offer you some free information that you can download right away or you can sign up for a free online newsletter or ezine. If you are serious about making money online, sign up for everything that might be of interest to you. Just because it’s free does not mean it’s worthless.
Almost all of the information products for sale will be in e-book form and downloadable immediately after you purchase it. Don’t worry, most of them are not overly expensive and the ones we recommend to you are going to be well worth the money. Are you ready? Here are some of the ways that will make it possible for you to buy that new house, a vacation home, a new car, send your children to private school, travel anywhere in the world, or anything else your heart desires.
1) Be an Affiliate Marketer - Probably the fastest way to start an online business is to be an Affiliate Marketer. An Affiliate Marketer sells other people’s products online. Thousands of well known merchants have affiliate programs. After you learn how to be an Affiliate Marketer, your first step is to join the programs that interest you and will integrate well with your website. You will be provided a link to that merchant’s program which you will put on your website. (Don’t have a website? The internet’s #1 Infoproduct site, CB Mall, is a good one to start with. More about CB Mall at the #8 idea below. When a visitor to your your website clicks on that link and buys the product, you get a commission. The merchant sends you a check.
2) Buy and Sell Domain Names - The general belief is there aren’t too many domain names still available. Fortunately for us, there are plenty left. Even the ones that are taken aren’t always being used for one reason or another. You can think of and buy domain names and just hang on to them until you are ready to sell them. Eventually, someone will want just the domain name they have and presto, they can sell it for a big profit. Depending, of course, on how badly the prospective buyer wants it.
3) Drop Shipping - To be a Drop Shipper you are actually acting as an distributor. It is more labor intensive because you will buy a product from the manufacturer at the wholesale price, pay them upfront and advertise it for sale, for example, on eBay at a retail price.
4) eBay - Did you ever think about eBay as a way to make money online? I know quite a few people that wouldn’t think of having a garage sale when they could put something on eBay and typically make a lot more money with whatever item it is they are trying to sell. Look through your house, especially the attic, the garage and the basement and see what you have that might be worth some money.
5) Be A Re-seller - To be a re-seller of any product or e-book you must first buy the re-sale rights to what it is you want to sell. It will cost you more money to buy the re-sale rights, rather than selling it as an affiliate. However, you will make more money selling the product outright.
6) Public Domain Works - This is definitely worth considering. Public domain works include anything that is not copyright protected. Any material that was written before 1922 is automatically not protected by copyright, If this seems too long ago to you, think of some of the famous poets and authors from long ago whose works are still relevant today, In addition, copyrights are not always renewed and some expire.
CB Mall is a giant, electronic book and software store. It is stocked with thousands of popular eBooks, video tutorials and software programs sold through ClickBank, a secure online processing company and affiliate network. It is the #1 affiliate marketing site for info-products on the internet. Great for beginners.

What ways are there to make money via internet?
I know there are a lot of programmes out there that offer money. I see a lot of video’s on YouTube buy are they legit?
I want to know through your experience how to make money via the internet.
Thanks.
NONE of those sites are legit! You would be better off flipping burgers. Remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! And any place that makes you pay money up front to make money is a scam!

Lots of those sites are scams but maybe there could be some out there that are legit, but I currently don’t know of any. If you want to make just a few extra bucks on the internet, there are GPT sites. They are actually real and I use them. The only bad thing about them is that you can’t expect a whole lot from them, only about $50-$100 a month. Below is one site I would recommend.

There are some very legit ways at making money on the Internet but they do take a lot of work to make it happen. You don’t go for the get rich type things. You have to know how it is done. You don’t just put up a website and think it will make money. You need someone to teach you, and yes legit ways will cost some money.

There are a few secrets that I’d like to share with you. You may have been privy to a few of them before. Actually you may have heard of all 4, but I can promise that you will finish each article with a fresh perspective. I will show you how 4 simple secrets can create a powerhouse web business. This is the first part of the 4 article series.
Before I divulge the vault of successful web business secrets I must warn you of one thing. All the information in the world will not take the place of determination and persistence. A web business is just like an offline business. It takes hard work and resolve to succeed. However working smart is heads and tails better than plain old working. These 4 secrets will turn any smart working, dedicated average Joe or Jane into a successful web business owner.
Web Success Secret #1) Content is king.
Heard that before? I know I have. The thing I never knew was how to use content to my advantage. Content is useless unless it is optimized for the search engines. It must also be optimized for your reader. You have two customers- readers and search engines. You must satisfy both with the same exact content.
Content is king only if you have exact and highly specific keywords placed in correct locations. Unfortunately the hard part is determining what keywords to use. A keyword can be a single word or a phrase. It is the term that web surfers use to search for information. Place yourself in their shoes and try to discover what search terms they use. You must then evaluate the search term. How many people search using that term? How many sites already deliver information on that search term? Simple demand and supply rules. The more demand with the less supply equals more profitability.
You have several options for determining keywords and their profit potential. Search yourself, pay a company to search for you or have your hosting company do a complete keyword search for your niche or web business topic. If your hosting company does not offer this service I recommend you switch to a plan that does. This feature alone can make or break your business’ future. If you would like my recommended hosting plan, please contact me.
Without a proper keyword search and analysis you may as well forget about becoming successful with an Internet business. Investing in this one secret is literally the start of planning your website.
Your next action step is to plan your site layout based on the 50-175 high-demand and low-supply keywords. Your site should be structured in three tiers. Tier one is your home page. Tier two is made of all of your main topics and also constitutes your navigation bar buttons. Tier three keywords are sub-topics of tier two pages. Organize your 50-175 keywords into three tiers. Doing this makes it easier for visitors to navigate through your site and it makes it easier for search engine spiders to find all of your pages.
Search engine spiders do not like to fish around for all of your pages and links. This is why many sites offer a “site map”. A site map is one page that contains links to all of the content pages. This is a fine route to take; however most people agree that pages with a lot of links on it are valued less than content pages that casually link to other content pages.
Using three tiers allows you to go from topic to sub-topic to sub-sub-topic all by natural in-content links. For example, tier 1 is the homepage on a fitness site. Tier 2 is a page all about cardio activity and its benefits. A tier three page off of that tier 2 page is about different treadmill routines. Do you see how the site visitor would like this structure? They click on “Cardio” and are given links to more specific pages about cardio topics. Search engine spiders like the three tier structure too. It means they do not have to dig through layers and levels of useless links.
There is even more to content than finding profitable keywords and structuring your site into easy-to-navigate tiers. You must optimize each and every page on your website to perform well and rank high at search engines. Many people devote their working life to optimization secrets. A full length article just on optimizing is possible. Heck, a full length book is possible. My recommendation is to use a hosting company that automatically teaches you how to optimize web pages for the engines. Doing that will cause less headache and frustration and it will keep you focused on building content.
A quick education in optimization: place your specific keyword in the file name, title, description and keyword section of your page. Then sprinkle the keyword throughout the c

Well, there are a lot of good sites, and some bad ones too. You just have to go with what is trusted out there. But usually, you won’t be making much money if you go to any PTC sites or "quick money" places. I have found that the two following sites are quite legit and also easy. But you only make like a couple dollars at a time. They are clicking sites, and I can verify that they are legit.

Neobux: http://www.neobux.com/?r=Thrashingshrim
As customary, these are my ref links. Use them if you’d like, but I don’t care. The key to making money with both of these sites it to invest a lot of money, or find yourself some referals. It’s your call as to what you want to do, but just make sure you research the sites you go to before you sign up. A simple google search will usually suffice.

The stuff that some of the people are telling you is good. You can make a lot of money being an affiliate, content is king and placement is everything. however there is a lot of stuff to go through and especially if you don’t know where to look it can be really difficult and make you want to just give it up.
I don’t know how good you are with the internet but this site that I found that I am now an affiliate through walks me through each of the money making activities and gives you a check list to make sure that you have done each step. You can start making a little money quickly but the big money will require you to go through all the modules and follow the directions.
A small price to pay for an extra $1000-$2000 a month in my opinion. Anyways, you make the call, its the site below.
I’m pretty good with it now and it brings in the extra I need without having to do that much so I’m happy with it.
