Will the judge make him pay child support even if he makes hardly any money and has 3 other kids to pay for?

   Yes ma’m if he had six kids… court ordered means he has to pay that amount every month or they will put him in jail and his family would have to pay for him.

   yes but it isn’t going to be worth it. support is first come first serve. the 1st order took a % of his total income, the second order got the same % after substracting the amount of the first support order. now your amount will be the same % out of his income after subracting both orders. not very much at all, but if he isn’t willingly helping out there isn’t much else you can do.

   actually, the court could raise the amt above the % but that usually involves lengthy relationships/marriages. if you haven’t known this guy that long and he doesn’t make much to begin with then yea, you’re gonna get stuck with most of the support.

   Child support will be calculated as if you have three kids by him, of which you will receive 1/3 of the amount.

   Why did you get involved with this guy in the first place? If the judge makes him pay you anything, it probably won’t be much money.
