how can kids make money?
Thursday, November 4th, 2010
I made a website about kids making money and I’m out of ideas. Can some one give me some ideas?
Evidently they can make a few cents by sewing up soccer balls, nike shoes and other garments. They can also make money in mining slightly radioactive materials and by picking out metal bits from the dump. There are also companies that will drive kids to random neighborhoods with "fundraising" items to sell for "school". That’s a classic.
When I was a kid I picked up dog poo from neighbors back yards. I made a small fortune doing that and it wasn’t that hard.

Odd jobs, mowing, walking dogs, cleaning, babysitting, actually get a job. You probably have all these already but it’s really cool that you made a website. Kudos to you.

You might already have these but three that come to my head right away are mowing grass, setting up a lemonade stand and washing cars. Everybody loves lemonade and kids enjoy selling it and making the money. Mowing grass is a little bit harder work but kids could easily make $50 a yard or more depending on the size. They could also put up some signs for a car wash and make some good money doing that.

General knowledge.
mowing lawns, babysitting, lemonaide stand, any job neighbors will give them money for. Put up flyers (if in a safe neighborhood) with a contact asking for jobs? cleaning attics, trimming hedges, pet sitting, sweeping driveways, carrying groceries, anything really.
answer mine?
